All the direct reports related to these parts of the business in GZ, including their mentoring, development and performance management, cooperating with HR China to execute a sustainable people plan.
SHE and continuous improvement in all aspects of the respective business components. Use experience to utilise Group’s technology and resources to drive operational improvement and provide strategic guidance to achieve annual budgets for Group GZ.
Be responsible for the implementation of various projects in PNW China as directed by the President AP & Managing Director PNW China. This may include planning, business justification and project management.
Participation in the China leadership group and working closely with peers and direct reports to create a solid team environment.
Compliance with all Group policies and procedures.

Minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience in chemistry or related industry with demonstrated leadership skills.
Be familiar with production management, quality control, cost control, supply chain management, and good in process and regulation making.
