Responsible for running complex projects/programs.
Coordinate with resource managers to define resources for program, coordinates with the program team to define schedule and contribute to successful program delivery.
Provides a high level of communication on the project to all stakeholders and senior management, as outlined in the program’s Communication Plan. Facilitates communication between development group and functional groups.
Ensuring assigned projects follow Horizon process with a high level of quality and with specific focus.
Ensuring the Scope Change Management Process is followed. Ensure all changes are identified, validated and estimated.
Communicates impact of changes.
Ensuring the Issues Management Process is followed.
Owns the Issues Log, communicates high impact risks to the stakeholders, and escalates issues to senior management when appropriate.
Ensuring project delivery meets requirements of approved scope, schedule and cost.
Facilitates evaluating requirements and creating detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
Responsible for team assessment, work performance of team members assigned to the projects and provides performance feedback to the Sr. Manager. Provides coaching and barrier removal as needed.
Solves moderately complex business and system issues effectively.

3 years program management experience , or 5 years management experience at least.
Has clear written and good verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to a senior audience, be able to motivate the team.
Has clear understanding of the project management process, technical concepts, operating systems and database subsystems.
Be good and experienced at numbers and have analytical skills.
Has excellent organization, presentation and customer service skills.
Has clear understanding of the line of business the program supports and what the strategic plan and objectives are.
